Kim Gougenheim is an established Photo Director and Producer with strong industry relationships. She specializes in food and lifestyle, but has a diverse background and experience with real people, celebrities, conceptual, beauty and still life photography.
Kim was most recently the Photo Director at Rachael Ray Every Day where she elevated the level of photography and helped define the visual look of the brand. She is experienced in assigning top notch creative teams and handling all aspects of photo shoot production from creating inspiration boards to art directing on set. Kim adapts well to different working environments. She has managed top quality photo departments that consistenly meet deadlines and budgets.
Kim has worked as a Photo Editor for O, The Oprah Magazine, Food & Wine, Family Life and Men’s Journal as well as taking on special freelance projects for other publications. She is known for her proactive and friendly approach. Her work has been recognized by the Society of Publication Designers, American Photography and The Folio Ozzie Awards.
Kim has a BFA in Photography from School of Visual Arts and got her start in publishing at Rolling Stone Magazine.
